Hochul: ‘Every Family Deserves More Money’

ALBANY — Gov. Kathy Hochul delivered her fourth State of the State address at the Empire State Plaza on Tuesday, outlining an agenda that she contends will make New York more affordable and that includes government giveaways such as one-time rebate checks, increased tax credits and free school meals for all students.
